The photographs representing the pieces offered for sale are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product for sale, the materials used such as leather having their uniqueness. The photographs therefore have no contractual value.

ORDER TERMS

PAYMENT TERMS

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

RIGHT TO RETRACT

In accordance with Article L 121-16 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of seven clear days from the date of receipt of the items to return, at his expense, the products ordered for reimbursement. The products must be returned in perfect condition for resale, in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions for use and documentation), duly sealed and accompanied by the invoice corresponding to the purchase. Any incomplete, damaged, damaged product or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged. The customer is advised to use a carrier offering tracking and insurance for returned merchandise. APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES

These general conditions of sale are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, the customer must first initiate an amicable settlement request before any legal action.

"CAVALE SAS" cannot be held responsible for any damage of any kind, whether material, immaterial or bodily, which could result from a malfunction or from the improper use of the products sold. Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, the good faith always being presumed in those who take the trouble to explain their situations. In the absence of an amicable settlement, the Tribunal de Grande Instance of Paris will have jurisdiction.

 

GUARANTEES

"CAVALE SAS" cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the regulatory and legislative provisions in force in the receiving country. The liability of "CAVALE SAS" is systematically limited to the value of the product in question, value at the date of sale, and this, without the possibility of recourse to "CAVALE SAS".

PROPERTY RESERVE

"CAVALE SAS" retains full and entire ownership of the products sold until full payment of the principal price, including costs and taxes. During the period from delivery to transfer of ownership, the risks of loss, theft or destruction are the responsibility of the buyer.

Failure by the customer to fulfill his payment obligations gives "CAVALE SAS" the right to demand the immediate return of the goods delivered at the expense and risk of the purchaser.
