Delivery by Colissimo in France and internationally.
CAVALE will offer the customer a delivery rate by Colissimo that the customer may or may not be free to accept. CAVALE declines all responsibility in the event of damage caused to the goods during transport.Any delays in delivery do not give the right to claim damages.
Upon receipt of the product, it is the customer's responsibility to check the package. In the event of an anomaly (missing, broken product, punctured, open or damaged package), the customer must absolutely refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip (package refused because open or damaged).
Free delivery in France from 250 € of purchase.
Free delivery in the European Union from 400 € of purchase.
Free delivery outside the European Union from 500 € of purchase.
Returns are offered in mainland France, outside promotion period.
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of the items to return the products ordered for reimbursement. The returned product will be refunded, exchanged or compensated by a credit equivalent to the purchase price within a period of 14 days after receipt of the product returned by the customer to CAVALE. A printed return slip will be included in each package.
Any returned product must be in its original packaging and include all of the product and its accessories. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender.
The products must be packed in their original packaging in the safest way possible to avoid any risk of damage during the journey. CAVALE is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return journey.
In addition, the bag must not have been worn: the return may be refused if the bag shows signs of use.
All exchanged products will be sent to the default delivery address. This address can be changed on request from Customer Service.
Returns from abroad are the responsibility of the customer.
Products from workshop sales and archive sales will not be taken back or exchanged.
QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE ISSUE
In the event of delivery of a product that does not correspond to the order (defective or non-compliant), the customer must make his complaint within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the package. Complaints must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Complaints must include: the buyer's contact details, product references, proof of payment, the reasons for the complaint and all supporting documents. The return of products must be made within seven working days. Otherwise, CAVALE will not proceed to any exchange or refund of the products thus ordered. Any product to be exchanged or reimbursed must be returned to CAVALE as it was shipped, in its original condition and packaging and include all of the product and its accessories.
The shipping costs are the responsibility of CAVALE in Metropolitan France, except in the event that the returned or exchanged product does not correspond to the original declaration made by the buyer in the return slip. Coverage of these return costs will be capped at the rate corresponding to delivery by Colissimo. Any risk associated with the return of the product is the responsibility of the buyer. In the absence of non-compliance with the procedure set out above and the deadlines involved, the buyer cannot make any claim for non-compliance or apparent defect of the delivered products, the products then being deemed to be compliant and free from any apparent defect.
